Kassandra has been reading The Tarot professionally since the mid-1990’s although her interest in Metaphysics has been life long. It began with a Mother who became an Astrologer and a Grandmother who was a Palm Reader. As the oldest daughter of an oldest daughter of an oldest daughter, this makes Kassandra a 3rd generation psychic and she considers herself an Intuitive.
Kassandra studied Tarot with Gail Fairfield (author of “Choice Centered Tarot”) and Janet Berres (former President of the International Tarot Society; author of “Textbook of the Tarot” and “Your Guide to the Tarot”). However, she considers her most important lessons were from The Class in Magick taught by Karen Jackson, Priestess of the Temple of the Four Winds and former Owner of Delphi Press.
Dedicated to the path of the Goddess, Kassandra practiced Nature Worship and Earth Magick with the Temple of the Four Winds in Evanston for 5 years and has attended many large neo-pagan festivals in the Midwest since 1997. She has also facilitated the Women’s Spirituality curriculums; “Cakes for the Queen of Heaven” and “Rise Up and Call Her Name” at the Countryside Unitarian Universalist Church in Palatine and the Unitarian Universalist Church of Elgin. She is one of the Leaders of Pagan Unity; a UU Covenant Group at the UU Church of Elgin that puts on Wheel of the Year Nature Worship rituals.
